Scope and project boundaries
What this local website does, what it stores, and what it leaves out.
A local publication foundation
QuietPacket currently provides public-style reading pages and a local status API. All demonstration research entries are synthetic. They are examples of a publication format, not findings from live experiments.
Minimal local state
The SQLite database contains an internal service marker and schema revision. The application does not collect visitor identities, request bodies, or research submissions. There are no external trackers or third-party scripts.
Keep publication separate from administration
This website has no administrative interface, authentication flow, or experiment controls. Private operational tooling is a separate architectural boundary, not a hidden area of this site.
Approval before activation
New research collection and public deployment require explicit approval and appropriate security, ethical, and disclosure review. Documentation of a possible activity does not authorize it.
